To secure your booking, a deposit may be required.

• Cancellations made 14 days or more before the event date: full refund of any payments made.

• Cancellations made 7-14 days before the event date: 50% refund.

• Cancellations made less than 7 days before the event date: payments are non-refundable.

• Bookings may be rescheduled once, subject to availability and prior agreement.
